1. Designate and arrange the work of engineers according to the project situation and conduct supervision and management;

2. Formulate and improve electrical design specifications, and lead the application of new technologies and new tools;

3. Organize and participate in project review.

Qualifications:

1. More than 8 years of automation related experience, and more than 5 years of team management experience;

2. Have the leading design of automated production line control system, project implementation planning and management experience;

3. Strong management and organization ability and communication and coordination ability to ensure the normal progress of various projects.
